“The idea of being understood is what inspired me to dance. Growing with a speech impediment, it was hard for people to understand me. I figured out that communication through movement is what helped me express my emotions and my thoughts, states Jones.

If you didn’t know, “The earliest findings have pinpointed the origins of ancient dances in 9000-year-old India or 5300-year-old Egypt, but the records of more common infusion of dance into a modern culture can be found from Ancient Greece, China, and India, describing dance facts .

Fast forward to the twenty-first century, dance has involved many forms. For example, tik-tok has allowed creatives to showcase their talents which has changed partnerships and communication forever.

“I created my own crew in High school called Droids in Armageddon but it didn’t last long. A little later, I joined Minority Brothers Crew for a choreography competition. After that, I was involved with the Demolition Crew and the GurriLLaZ. In addition to that, I also participated in CCRFK. Finally, my girlfriend and I created an entertainment company called Nouveau Riche to inspire other dances, explains Broderick “Heartless” Jones.
